Orient Cement of C K Birla group is planning to expand its cement plant in Devapur in Mancherial district of Telangana. The project involves comet production capacity from 3.07 mtpa To 7.60 mtpa and clinker production capacity from 3.50 mtpa To 6.50 mtpa. The project also involves expanding captive power plant capacity from 50 MW to 75 MW (addition of 25 MW through WHRB). The project cost is estimated at Rs. 21,000 Million.
